Eugene is a Chartered HR Professional (CPHR and SHRM) based in Vancouver, Canada 🍁, with an MSc in Work Psychology & Business from Aston University.

 

His Human Resources career has taken him from the UK to Canada, with experience bridging both in-house HR and HR Advisory for startups, scaling and multinational organizations. He has successfully built HR structures and navigated complex people challenges for across diverse industries.

Eugene founded Eugenie HR out of a passion to empower startup and scaling companies, believing that strong people practices are critical regardless of an organization's size or its stage of development.

Guided by the vision to make ethical, practical and creative HR expertise accessible and affordable, Eugene is dedicated to help partnering organizations build their unique legacy, while actively contributing to our communities we serve.

​​Eugenie HR is planning to expand our team in late 2026.
