His Human Resources career has taken him from the UK to Canada, with experience bridging both in-house HR and HR Advisory for startups, scaling and multinational organizations. He has successfully built HR structures and navigated complex people challenges for across diverse industries.
Eugene founded Eugenie HR out of a passion to empower startup and scaling companies, believing that strong people practices are critical regardless of an organization's size or its stage of development.
